Mission

Building a Stronger Midway by recruiting new members and retaining current members of the Midway Chamber of Commerce. Also to act as the driving force in encouraging and providing opportunities for members to participate in the Chamber at a higher, more dedicated level.

Development Committee Meeting Schedule 2011-2012

The Development Committee will meet at the same time as the Ambassador Committee. These Committees will work closely together to accomplish their missions. To ensure maximum attendance at each of the meetings, we have set forth a schedule of upcoming meeting dates. Committee Members are encouraged to attend every meeting, which can be used as an opportunity to exchange information and ideas to enhance the committee as well as plan for upcoming initiatives.

Development Committee Activities

Work with the Board of Directors on the Fall Chamber Development Competition.
Work with Staff/Ambassadors on 90 - day membership retention connections.
Lunch on the Avenue participant - Lunch on the Avenue takes place every other Thursday throughout the year, starting at noon.
