University Avenue Clean Team

University Avenue Clean Team is a program launched by the Chamber that is a sustainable solution to keeping our community litter free.

The Clean Team consists of Midway Training Services program participants whom have disabilities and are supervised by a job coach. Through this program the Clean Team will regularly pick up debris along the five mile stretch of the St. Paul portion of University Avenue in an effort to keep the area clean and present a positive image to people who live, work, shop or travel on the Avenue.

About Midway Training Services

A non-profit established in 1965, Midway Training Services, Inc. (MTS) motivates, trains and supports persons with disabilities in their quest to become active, contributing and productive members of their communities.

MTS has several locations that provide services including: document archiving, bulk mailing, assembly and packaging, delivery, grounds keeping and reliable employees for long or short term employment.
