Mission
The Midway Chamber of Commerce is a dedicated group of hundreds of volunteers, representing 550 businesses and nonprofits in the Midway area of St. Paul, who are Building a Stronger Midway by creating economic vitality and opportunity. The Chamber actively works to support the business community, to influence economic development policy and projects, to advocate for public and private investment in the Midway area, and to offer an educated and productive workforce through innovative programs and services.

Economic Development
The Midway Chamber is Building A Stronger Midway by serving as a catalyst for a revitalized Midway corridor. Through advocacy, policy and program development, the Chamber supports existing businesses, attracts new businesses and jobs, and encourages public and private investment in the area. The Chamber also serves as the voice of the Midway business community on critical issues affecting the business climate.

Workforce Development
The Midway Chamber is Building a Stronger Midway by providing members with access to innovative resources to improve recruitment and retention of employees. The Chamber recently launched a major new employment initiative, Employer Solutions, Inc., www.employersolutions.net designed to help bring people who need work, together with businesses that have employment opportunities.
